Just a PSA for anyone that may do business with Firestone. I do not recommend them!! I had a tire rotation at Firestone here in Menomonee Falls on Appleton Ave. A couple weeks later I heard and felt the front left tire knocking. When I inspected it I realized the lug nuts were about to fall off!! Yes that's right, THE TIRE WAS ABOUT TO FALL OFF THE VEHICLE! They are wonderful there and get right to work, I had a recall on my tires. No issues making appointment and no cost since it was a recall and everyone really friendly there.
I will honestly never go anywhere besides Firestone. Any encounter I've had with their location on Silvernail or in Menomonee Falls has been nothing short of pleasant. Tonight especially, I am grateful they were able to get my car in. I brought my tire in yesterday, not expecting to actually get my car fixed until way later this week. I got in touch with Mark this morning and he left me know my tire was done. He told me to bring my car in late this afternoon so we could get the tire on and an alignment.
