I witnessed the worst customer experience from the manager. So I made an appointment on for alignment basically when you make an appointment online from Firestone you supposed get a call back from the for any questions and confirmation. But this store did not so I went there on the day and speaking with the front desk and she told me a price not reasonable to me at first and I was like if you could have called me yesterday I would have knew my budget !! From the moment you walk into the office, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Absolutely do not go here I went for alignment on my truck and just replaced ball joints with moog and they have a short rubber boot on them and the tech said the were no good and ripped lol!they also said one wasnt seated because the c clip had space between it when its pressed in from bottom.tThat was enough for me to no run and they wouldn't do it anyways!very unexperienced techs I wouldn't let them touch my vehicle!
Terrible service they had my truck a whole day and never put it on a lift. I took a day off work to have the truck serviced
I was greeted at the front desk by an extremely enthusiastic young lady who was ready to listen to my issues involving my vehicle. She was very polite and quickly prepared the process to have my truck serviced. I made the appointment online to include the internet pricing. The mechanic worked on the front end alignment, I started to take it home and noticed the same vibration and pull to the left.
