I received great service at this shop. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was expecting them to say I needed new breaks on all 4 tires since my last mechanic at Bay Area Automotive told me I needed them. Firestone said that I didn't need breaks right now--- I'm so glad I found an honest shop!!!! I will definitely be going back for more service at this Firestone location
Heather the store manager is always professional, caring and knowledgeable. Rachel one of the associates is friendly and gives great expectations and updates on car.
I’m quite happy with my service today! Walked in with no appointment, ladies at the desk were both working very hard! Quick oil change done by Breon, he was very polite knowledgeable and efficient!! Thank you all and have a wonderful holiday weekend!!!
