I came in as a walk in and they helped me very quickly, no wait. I was also nervous and the gentleman calmed me down and was able to help me with what I needed at no cost. Amazing customer service and I would recommend this place to anyone!

I’ll start by saying we keep our cars. Last two cars we had for a decade each, 140k-217k miles on each and Firestone is our go to shop. Heather (shop manager) is honest and great to work with. A credit card financing deal reeled us in almost 10 years ago and we’ve stayed because of their customer service and solid work. Ending with we bought two new cars and we’re betting to get another 10 years out of both by going to see Firestone Bel Air, MD! THANK YOU GUYS!
