This place totally overcharges for services that aren't even needed.I took my car there for an oil change it wouldn't crank turns out the battery connections weren't tightened. They not only charged me $13 bucks to tighten a screw but $25 to run some electric system test that wasn't even needed on top of the $30 for the oil change.If I knew they would charge me to tighten a screw I would have ran out and did it myself forget their dumb labor charges.I was also told they wouldn't charge me for the electric test but sure enoug... read more
I had originally talked to Bill to get my vehicle out that was covered by Carmax warranty. I was told that in order to get my vehicle I had to pay the full amount due to Carmax hadn't paid them yet. They wanted a guarentee that they would be paid, and assured me that my account would not be credited until after 3 days if they hadn't been paid. Do NOT go to this location if you want to be treated farly and get charged for what you do not need. There is no need to balance a tire when all you need is a plug for a removed screw. This location will take advantage of younger people who do not have much knowledge of tires.
