I had an appointment for 11am. I arrived at 10:30. The person that accepted my car told me that it would take 3 hours to install and balance 4 tires. 6 hours ++ my car still isn't ready. To add insult to injury they tried to sell me an alignment. MY CAR WOULD PROBABLY BEEN HERE UNTIL NEXT WEEK. Horrible customer service
