Called and made an appointment on 4/18/2026 to get tires on 4/20/2026. My appt time was for 4:45 pm. I arrive and wait at the counter about 5 min unacknowledged when the man finally came to the counter there was no hello just type something in the keyboard and looked at me. I told him I had an appointment at 4:45 pm for tires. I gave my phone number he pulls it up. Got my tires and oil changed on time with good pricing and financed. Thank God during these times
Service was a 10. Communication not so much because I am a female named Francisca. I have no idea how they got the name Adolphus- or however they spell what they think is my name . The service was very friendly and efficient though. Please do not call me by other name used again. Since it is not me.
I made an appointment at this location last week. I am new to the area and really had no idea what to expect, so I came over an hour before my scheduled appointment. I was told there may be a 2 hour wait as I was early and they were busy. I ended up being ready to leave in only about 45 minutes. I have never been able to be in and out so fast somewhere when getting work done to my car. The team was super friendly and again extremely fast with the service that they provided.
