Well I liked it until they were ready to have me pay 2000 for a repair to my catalytic converter that I later found out was covered by a federal law!!! And who told me That? An honest mechanic at another repair shop. Converters are covered for 8years/80000 miles. My car was at 76000 when they did the diagnostic test. I couldn't believe they did that. This location all but destroyed my 2008 f 250 they have lied about the service they performed and went back and altered the service record to show that made me aware of the problem and I declined their service. This location is totally worthless and should be avoided at all costs.
They flagrantly misrepresented an itemized cost that added $300 to their estimate, and then when caught in the lie declared that "markups" is how they make their living. Buyer beware!
