RecommendedThe service and attention to detail is the highest I have ever experienced in a auto care garage.
They have taken care of our cars for years for oil changes and tires. This weekend my car took on a mind of it's own. It finally decided to act like the car we bought but we took it into Firestone for a full checkup. Grateful that they discovered my brakes were shot, (I had suspected) and gave us a discount to change them all out. It's a busy weekend and I didn't have an appointment but they took care of me none the less. Thank you, Jim
I had the best experience here. They got me into an appointment with little notice on a day when they were already booked. I had requested an alignment but since I did not need one, they let me know and saved me $$. Replaced all four tires and changed my oil in about 45 minutes. I appreciated the quick turn around and even more that they did not try to sell me anything I did not need or "find" other issues with my car that need repair.
This is the worst service I have ever experienced and I was treated like an idiot. I wanted a wheel alignment I was I was told they couldn't do it because my r/s tie rod was ceased I replaced the tie rod myself I go back today to get the alignment done I'm told they do not align bmw but 3 days ago they wanted to align and replace the tie rod end themselves and charge me now I replaced the tie rod myself they don't do alignments on bmw.This is the most deceptive business operation I have ever seen
