RecommendedAfter and unfortunate experience this past Friday, I was able to speak with the service manager John Patton, I explained the situation and expressed my concerns with the process and how the information was relayed to me. John made it know that the miseducated information was discussed with the sales associates and the situation was corrected. Thank you John Patton for providing good customer service.
Great customer service. When they found out that they didn't have the tires in stock that they quoted me they upgraded to a better tire at no cost to me!
