Went to Firestone located at 8595 W 135th Street, Overland Park, KS 66223. For my 4 wheel alignment appointment. Their employee OZ offered me a price match with competitor at the time I setup my appointment last week. Today when I got there for my appointment the store manager Nick refused to honor that price and told me that Oz made a mistake and he will not honor the price, I asked him to honor the price as that’s what I was promised and not my fault, he said he will not do it and when I got little upset he threatened me t... read more

BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO ANY FIRESTONE LOCATIONS On 5/12/2018 my car broke down in Pa. while I was visiting my family for Mother’s Day. I am a resident of Maryland. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this group of mechanics. Nick and his team consistently deliver excellent customer service each and every time. I dropped off my Jeep a few days earlier than my scheduled appointment.. Not only did they have it done a day early, they kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. It honestly takes the stress and burden out of car repairs knowing I have these guys in my corner. Honest, upfront and very efficient. They have a customer for life right here.
These guys are the real deal. I can say with 100% certainty they really do care about the customer. I have been going to them for five years and even if things don't go 100% right, right away, they work to fix it and get it done. They also are very fair priced, as when I started going to them I shopped around their quotes. I have no issues recommending this place to anyone. Great team!
Good job, not great. Too much time wasted trying to get me to buy other services instead of focusing on doing a great job on my request.
