I brought my car here because I had found a nail in my tire. Firestone told me that there was two nails and a screw in my tire and the two nails were “too close together to repair” and that I was going to need a new tire. When I told the lady I didn’t want them to fix my tire she got an attitude and told me it would pop. Took my car to DISCOUNT TIRE and they found ONE nail and ONE NAIL ONLY. Loved everything about my visit. I went to several other places for estimates and left each place. Went to Firestone, was greeted by a very friendly Patrick, who welcomed me and promptly asked what brings me in today. I told him I needed new tires for my Jeep, and instead of just showing me tires, he asked what was most important to me- price, performance, ride, etc. I told him price then performance. We found the perfect set and they ride great!! Will definitely be back!
