Excellent service
Took my son's car here and will be the last time this loyal customer will be going there. My son pulled off the highway as his car was shaking after an alignment, balance and tire rotation. After looking at the tires he had to tighten half the lug nuts as they were not put back on tight. When I called Firestone they said it was because of bad tires but would not take responsibility for not tightening the lug nuts and kept saying it was because of bad tires not taking any responsibility for not tightening the lug nuts. I always go here because the fair pricing and great service and more importantly the consistency in the service provided. Manny always takes care of me and also provided me with coupons I was not aware of and is not pushy about doing extra services I don't need.
