Exceptional service every time. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. They dont try to push other punches on you. They will let you know what needs attending to in the near future. I give them 10 out of 5 stars. Keep up the great work crew.
I have been thoroughly pleased with my tire and service experiences at Firestone, Swansea, MA. for over 25 years. Manny, store manager, provides a welcome environment for both men and women clients and his very competent staff gets the job done right.
Bruce, the person I talked to for customer service was very friendly, communicative, and to the point. Even when the technician was having some trouble figuring out my Tesla he was very upfront and helpful. Would go back to this location again.
I brought in a flat tire my truck. One of the service technicians came over quickly to my truck and unloaded it from my truck. The service was done in a rapid time frame, even though they were very busy. After the repair, they removed the spare tire from the front passenger side, and replaced it with the repaired tire. They then returned the spare tire to lift underneath the bed of the truck. They did it all with a smile, and since I bought all my tires at Firestone, it was fully covered under warranty!
