Steve the Service Advisor was extremely helpful & responsive to address my tire issue. He was able to give me a time slot one hour after I stopped in. He showed me the small screw that was causing the leak and patched tire. He also give me a quote on a new set of tires for my wife's 2016 Legacy.

Manny, the manager (ooh. I just got that.) always makes sure his clients get what they need, as quickly as possible. His mechanics trust him and, by all appearances, respect his leadership. The mechanic assigned to perform service on my car did so professionally and with unexpected speed. The service report and final bill explained succinctly and clearly all the work done.
