Do not ever take your car to Firestone!!!!!! I've had my fair share of headache with them BUT I gave them the benefit of doubt and tried once more...... after they held my car for 3 days, a new radiator, thermostat, water pump and $1600 later (yes that is not a typo.... $1600) my car is home for less than a couple of hours, I go out and hear ding ding ding "low coolant" warning and car is over heating!!! They are horrible! Stating that they put new tires on the back and put the back tires on the front and when you look at it they are now new tires.
Wow! 4 Destination A/T's, road hazard warranty, new air filter, all for less than $625!!!!! And the guys that work there were great. Pointed out a few other needs, that I can take care of myself since I do a lot of my own work, but I am grateful for the notification. This is the second set of these tires that I bought from them and I will go back as the rest of my fleet requires tires.
It's a little expensive bit it's worth it. An management staff will help you find discounts on your repairs. (Life time alignments, life time brake repairs, best warranty on tires. )
