Horrible customer service dominates this particular car center. After waiting 6 hours to hear that was car was ready, i called myself to be told it was indeed ready. arriving 30 min later my car was not only not ready, it hadn't been started. So do yourself a favor and go anyplace else but here.
Poor service. Long wait. Shabby waiting room. Erik the service advisor was rude and you can tell he hates his job. Tried to make an appointment he said not necessary. Get here right away and it's a 3 plus hour wait. Oil change, tire rotation, alignment they act like it's a HUGE job. I like firestone but won't be back to this crap location.
The service here is very SLOW. I had an appointment for a simple oil change and it was still over a 1/2 hour before they even got my car inside. I asked the gentleman working about how much longer it would take and he was extremely rude and condescending. Very poor customer service.
