Fast and friendly service
I've been a Firestone customer for years and recently found the Midlothian location. Upon entering, i was greeted very professionally. Jeff, service manager and Andres, technician were awesome. They took care of all my car needs for a great price. Andres took the time to bring me back to the bay section and explain everything in detail that was found. First time at the Firestone Midlothian Turnpike location. The team was nice, professional and genuine. I interacted with a number of the staff there and all of them were enjoyable to interact with. They were knowledgeable in their profession, laid me out all the available options and attempted to help me get the best deal possible on everything my car needed. 100% Would recommend and will return to this location
