Unprofessional service and poor workmanship. Waste of time and money.
Terrible experience. They overpromised, underdelivered, and wasted my time. The staff were unprofessional, and the repair wasn’t done right the first time. I had to go elsewhere to fix the same issue. Avoid this place!
I came here expecting reliable service but was really let down. The staff did not explain the issues clearly, the quoted time for repairs kept changing, and the final work was sloppy. On top of that, customer service was dismissive when I raised concerns. This is not how a mechanic shop should treat customers!
Very disappointed with the service here. Poor communication and the work was not done properly. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this shop.
