We've had all five family cars serviced at this location for the past twelve years. It is always busy with a full parking lot, but they always manage to find a way to get the job done. Recently walked in for an oil change. Barry and Camden provided excellent customer service and the job was completed on time and was reasonably priced.

Igor and his team are the nicest, thoughtful, and most professional crew I've encountered in Richmond. I highly recommend them. I was recently renting a vehicle and discovered a nail in one of the tires on a Sunday. All of the rental locations were closed and this wasn't an issue that roadside assistance could address. Regrettably, the nail was too close to the sidewall for a normal tire nail fix so it needed a new tire. 0/10 WOULDNT RECOMMEND! I carried my car to this Firestone after my car ran hot on me. They looked at it and told me it was a thermostat.. I got them to fix it and not even 3 days later the car is BACK doing the same thing. After the second time being here in a week I was then told it was a crack radiator! I have no doubt in my mind that my radiator was broken while getting the thermostat replaced.
