I dropped my car off with them and asked them to complete an oil change and to give me a new quote on a replacement exhaust. They had done one a year prior and I still haven’t gotten it fixed. They not only did NOT do a new quote for my exhaust, but they told my husband that whoever dropped off the car didn’t ask for an exhaust quote. They had my car for 6 hours and all they did was an oil change. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
I bring my Subaru here for all maintenance, but today I had an emergency situation. I went with no appointment, was greeted with a smile, and I was out of there with a repaired vehicle within an hour. Great customer service which is rare these days. Thank you!
