Had a nice experience using this Firestone Everyone was helpful and completed the work I needed done in a timely manner.
The front desk staff are rude and not willing to work with customers. I dropped my vehicle off for a simple tire rotation and balance and waited for my vehicle to be done for 3 hours and 45 minutes. It took me coming back to the store to get my truck finished. When I showed back up the techs were all standing around doing nothing. Very disappointed with this employees at this location.
