I understand if they're not able to do something but to sit there and look at me and roll her eyes when we're explaining what's going on in is just insulting. She shouldn't be at the front desk acting like that.

Got four tires/ oil change. Tech had it done in 1hr and 25 mins. Everything went smooth thanks to the three techs who are in there.Also the sales person. Would recommend not many shops are honest with the price and have good customer service like this one.
Went to get a front wheel alignment on my car and paid $21 and some change to get my police checked, which was never checked. I was told it would possibly be an engine rod situation which turned out not to be true. It was exactly what I asked them to check for. They’re not actual mechanics there tire specialist so they don’t know anything more than tires over there and it seems like they were trying to find anything and everything wrong with my car to charge me so much money, which was ridiculous.
