The Supervisor Anthony McCoy exemplified Great Customer service not just with me, but everyone who walked in the store in the 1.5 hrs I was there. He was personable, spoke well, asked pertinent questions and to top it off, helped his staff to get the cars out the door. I complimented him on the spot when I saw that.Thank you Anthony
When is to get service and was told my care needed about 6 different things. I ended up paying $1200. After a week the car was still not running steady. I took it back, pay again for another check and was told the transmission was gone and there was nothing they could do. I was so confused. I had a credit bill of almost$2000 that I had to pay and a car that still was not fixed. I took my car in for a routine oil change and a slow leak in my tire and got so much more. The staff here took great care of my car and me, provided some much needed humor, and ensured I was able to get back on the road safely, while ensuring my car was in top condition.
