I went for an alignment and the car wasn’t align at all. So I took the car back and they charged me $50 more bucks for a pice that they should have tell me about it at the first visit then my car is still not align. Dont waste your money and time at this location.
Ordered tires and setup appointment online. 1 hour before my appointment they called and said the tires I ordered was not in stock but they had a set that was $50 more a tire. They then called back and said they found the tires in Athens and if I wanted to pay $80 extra they would go get them. This to me is a classic bate and switch. I asked why it didn’t say the tires were out of stock when I placed my order? Business must be good to throw away a sale.
they charge me for battery end terminal and they never change it . they charge for thing the never done in your car .other than that there prices is high sky .
I was greeted promptly upon my arrival, they went over what I was there for, explained everything, and then started the work on my vehicle. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I was in and out in under 1.5 hours. Excellent service from start to finish.
