Wont go here again for oil change. Took twice as long as estimated. An hour in, they called to try to upsell (you need new wipers, you need air cabin filter, etc) as expected on oil change, so whatever. What I didn’t expect is if I said yes, they don’t actually have the parts. They ordered from local autozone. Which delivered the wrong part. Another hour in, I left with just the oil change. Too many other cheap places that will do the same thing more quickly.
Our work van died and we had to have it towed. Firestone Complete Auto Care said they could work on it right away. Since it was after hours when our van arrived at their location, I arranged for the keys to be put in their lock box. I received a call the next morning with the results of the diagnostic testing and was able to pick the vehicle up later that afternoon. The promptness with which the service was performed was such a bonus.
Inquire about having my brother in law's radiator diagnosed. Got an appointment the same day. Was repaired and ready the next day. They were professional and knowledgeable and we will be coming back for any service needs in the future. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.
I purchased a tire from them and I called back that afternoon and told them I had another tire that the valve stem had blown out on on my boat trailer and need only a new valve stem asap as I had sold the boat and they were picking it up. The. agent who schedules appointments said he could not get to it as he had several cars to do before leaving. I told him it only takes five minutes do a valve stem but he said sorry he was full and could do it the next morning as they open at 7am but the techs come in at 8am. I told him i ... read more
Overall a horrible experience. Been to both mount pleasant firestones and both are horrible. Took my truck in for alignment and oil change as i had just replaced front lower control arms. Attempted to bring it in when i had scheduled the apt and was told “our alignment guy already left sorry” (had to drive it to work the next day so this was bad news) brought it back after rescheduling the appointment to the following weekend.
