Here are my 1 star rating review details 1-job price quote on telephone for brake fluid exchange did not include labor so the surprise extra fee of $40 dollars was sneaky 2- the new battery installation caused automatic window control not to function and that was a surprise 3- new tire mounting required Spare tire access for key retrieval- now that pop up access button no longer works ( jammed) and you knew it bc you didn’t return the key AND you left the rear trunk mat protector rolled up! Just picked up my car! Amazing job by z!!! Diagnosed the problem. Completed the repair to perfection! Cooling fans replaced and now my air is running cold and the new fans are doing the job! No more pulling over with an overheating car! And the cost was so reasonable! And I can’t go without saying how great the staff is upfront so friendly! These people are honest! Ease of appointment making and excellent communication during appointment. Easy check-in and check-out. Offered other care needs for the vehicle and options I had. Recommended for routine care!
