Absolutely have enjoyed this place for years. We use Firestone for all of our Automotive needs and I've always had incredible customer service. Not today! The girl working behind the desk Cassidy was dismissive, rude and completely unhelpful. Normally we deal with Kim behind a desk who is wonderful, professional and very welcoming. When we ask Cassidy for a manager's phone number she told us there was no one. That's obviously not true we finally were able to speak with the manager is going to call us back tomorrow.
