Victor helped me tremendously when I needed a new tire. I explained that I got the tires from discount tires, but it’s Sunday and they are closed. He gave me the price for a new tire and for the insurance price. I told him I wasn’t sure if I got the insurance from discount tires when I got it and I can’t find my receipt. I told him that I could wait one day to see if I had insurance from discount tire tires, but if I didn’t; I will be back tomorrow. Sam was great! He managed to help me with my tire leaking air and was nice enough to stay after hours on a Friday.
I had a great experience at Firestone yesterday. I came in for a scheduled appointment during my lunch break, and they let me know the service would take about an hour and a half. Since I didn’t have enough time to wait, they kindly offered to give me a ride back to work and pick me up afterward.
