Got a flat tire out of town and they quickly squeezed us in same day. Very friendly staff got us right back on the road. Forever grateful!

In all my years of owning a personal vehicle, I've never been as impressed with the customer service of a shop. While driving through Chicago on my way to Wisconsin (from Michigan), I started to experience some issues. I called the Firestone shop, and not only were they willing to inspect my vehicle for safety with only 1/2 hour left in their day, they went out of their way to work it into the schedule for the next day so my family wouldn't be unsafe driving with a suspension issue.
