The Firestone at 85th & Harlem closed at 5pm. It was 5:45 pm and I needed a new tire. The service mgr. was good enough to take me in and service my car
I was late for a wedding and had a flat tire, Steve got me in quick and I was on my way. Thanks!!
Beautiful customer service even due to being short staff.
Pleasant experience. All though staff was limited they worked very quickly and got my vehicle out in a reasonable time. Steve and Sam both very informative and patient.
