Great "customer service Mario C explain in detail about my tire seem honest with my issues my tire had a nail in it. Near the side wall . I had to buy a new tire . Great customer service He listen , smile and took care of, Business. Didn't had to wait long ether that a plus. I well be back again
Purchased a used expedition with some high miles and took to get a check engine light checked out and have it looked at. Turns out I needed almost 5k in repairs. Spoke with Victor who gave me some great advice. He wasn’t a robot he was genuine and put my needs and situation first. Because of that honesty and transparency I decided to get some warranty work done with him. It wasn’t the whole 5k but I plan on continuing to do business with him for any of my vehicles in the future. Thanks Vic see you in a week for this repair!
