This is the worst Firestone I have ever been to. The staff yells and cussing at people saying they don't have anybody to do any work. just constantly making up things. I also spoke with an employee named nick and he just didn't listen or try to help me at all. All he did was yell and curse @ me. Even other customers that were in the store started leaving. This is really not a place to go to have to deal with employees like this. You are there to do your work and help customers. I don't understand why the managers can't contr... read more
