The fire stone crew was quick, helpful, and courteous. They helped me get back on the road in a timely manner. So thankful for them.
They are very professional and the management is phenomenal
As a new car owner, I felt hesitant to go to a car shop. I was afraid to be taken advantage of due to me being a young college student. Though this did not matter because the store manager, Cartez R. Brown, was very helpful and fair. This was my first experience at Firestone and definitely won’t be the last.
From the time I bought my car to Firestone in Chalmette store manager Cortez and his team greeted me with professionalism and the work was done timely and efficiently.
