Santa fe stores have rude employees and I was told by SF/Rodeo store I needed certain work on car. But ended up taking care to ABQ to save some money. Ted went and had Jared do a thorough inspection when we got there only to find out SF store was trying to have me do unnecessary work to my car. Car actually had a different problem. Ted worked with my budget to get my car up to the best performance again and even saw I needed an oil change. Ted and his staff went above and beyond in their customer service! I've been going to them for the past 3 yrs for my oil changes and bought my tires there also. The trust these guys and they are always courteous plus get my car ready the same day. Yes. I'll return again and again.
Awful we had a appt for 12:00pm we dropped of the truck at 11:30am we were told to come back in 3 hours the truck was getting a oil change and a alignment then we were going to bring in my jeep for the same thing. We called at 3pm to see if the truck was done nope and he was so rude he said he was behind d and didn't even know when they wld get to it and just because I have an appt does not mean that's what time I get in really 3 1/2 hours is not behind and why the hell wld I scheduled an appt if that not the time you are go... read more
