I had a 3 pm appt that I arrived early for, getting 4 new tires, agreed to pick up after work. Came back and my Jeep hasn’t been moved! Walked in and three employees standing around laughing. They offered to get it done in about an hour, but no one apologize or even thought to call me to let me know of the delay. Very disrespectful of my time I felt. I had to cancel another appt and call for a ride as to leave my Jeep. The next day, had to get a ride to work and then to pick up my Jeep which now needs an alignment. I mention... read more
I would definitely recommend Firestone! They staff was very nice, prices were reasonable.
Very busy facility . This is a Carvana repair facility . I did not know that . Dealing with Silver Rock, the claims people with Carvana is a pain . I bought my car here to get checked out . This place really helps you out going through the process . Nice people that work here, very helpful . So, I give these people 5 stars for the customer service .
