My Morning started off, stressful and overwhelming because I had to replace a tire. Ray, From the Bernalillo Firestone location, Not only Helped me but gave me the best customer service experience. He was able to replace the tire timely but allowed me to make my meeting in time. The team at this location provide Great customer service and always put the customers first. I appreciate all you do.!
Thx to Ray and his team for getting me back on the road. I needed to get to Phoenix that same day and they were able to made it happen for me. If your having a hard time getting your vehicle serviced in Albuquerque, drive 20 mins north to Bernalillo. Ray and the boys will square you away. Easy five stars
I hardly know where to begin. So I left it there overnight because my tires got old since I don't drive too much and I had a sidewall blowout the other day. AAA came in put the full size spare I had in the trunk on the driver side rear of the car. Keep in mind, it was a Goodyear Tire. So I figured my tires were old cuz I don't drive that much so I figured I'd get new tires and I might as well have this place change the brake fluid while I was there because it was time.
