I had a really great experience at Firestone, especially with Evan. I had taken my car to Toyota first and was told I needed around $5,000 in repairs. Obviously, I was pretty worried and wanted to get a second opinion. I brought it to Firestone, and they checked the car and told me there was actually nothing wrong with it that needed those repairs.
