The location itself is sketchy and unsafe(you will literally hear shooting and sirens if you sit there long enough). One of the main techs is number 07 and Highly Incompetent is the nicest way I can describe him. This is it a drill. Went there for three different issues in December 2025 and paid over $800. I came in because my car was shaking , was told it was my transmission mount and possible my engine mount (paid $700 discount ) my car didn't shop shaking in fact it was worse . I went to my neighborhood mechanic 🧰 he lifted the car and said it was my 2 back tires (SEE PICTURE) $200-$300 w labor. I'm trying to figure out if y'all are a tire shop how did y'all not catch this and just tell me to first change my tires? For less money 💰 I guess I know have new mounts 🤷🏽♀️ hope this helps!
Service advisor Ryan Jones was very professional and respectful. He listened and made recommendations. Gave updates. Overall one of the best.
