Been using Firestone Complete Auto Care for years now. The Mechanics and Managers are excellent and friendly. Never had any problems and I keep coming back for service.
Shane, Julia and team genuinely care about their customers. Service is fast, but top notch - no corners cut at this Massapequa location. No upsells other than the recommended factory maintenance. 5+ stars! Keep up the great work.
