My mom went to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Massapequa, NY for an oil change. After the service, her vehicle’s oil pan was damaged at the drain plug area and currently has oil leakage. She clearly stated that she did NOT agree to an epoxy repair because it would not last. Despite this, epoxy was applied anyway, and the vehicle is still leaking oil. I gave the satisfaction a 9, because the price was higher than my dealerships service department charges for the same tire. I couldn't chance traveling the distance on the run flat so I opted for Firestone because it was less than a mile from my home. Otherwise, the people there are always helpful, courteous and willing to help. Once they got the tire in a few hours, I was able to be served as soon as I arrived.
