Please if u make an online appointment don't go this store. I made an online appointment for 9am today for wheel alignment. Got there at 8:45 to check in. They said they didn't know about it because the sales guy confirmed it. Told me I had to wait, no problem I asked how long do I have to wait?. Just 2 hours because they are busy. I just laughed and said no thank u walked straight out. I Went straight to a tire place in Bethpage, waited 10 mins and they are doing the wheel alignment now. Seems to be under new management now, worth going back to if you had a bad experience in the past. Had a great experience today!
THEY REPLACED THE WRONG TIRES THEN LIED ABOUT IT!!!! I needed 2 new tires Front right rear left. I asked them to rotate the 2 new tires to the front. They replaced the front 2 tires in the front LEAVING MY DAMAGED TIRE IN THE BACK. GAVE ME THE CAR WITH the DAMAGED rear TIRE with 8lb's of pressure.
Great customer service.MO at the front desk is very helpful and VERY patient. Explained all the issues and their fix and ended up giving some good discounts.
