Moh is an outstanding individual with exceptional customer service skills. He is polite, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions, never getting annoyed, no matter how many are asked. I spent nearly an hour at the shop, and throughout that time, his professionalism stood out, from the way he handled customers phone calls to how he explained procedures and sold services. Truly top-notch customer service at its best.
Jeff was very professional, friendly, and helpful! His techs got me in and out as fast as anyone could hope, and they do not try to force work upon you. I do a lot of my vehicle maintenance on my own, and he even mentioned that. They gave professional advice on what to check if I wanted to, or gave the option to make an appointment for any of the work that was recommended. Their customer service, and overall demeanor is 10/10!
