Wasn’t planning to take my car to any shop after getting off a long, busy day at work my car overheated. I went straight to Firestone and I’m glad I did. My car is not only fixed, but they went above and beyond the nicest people ever and I appreciate all the hard work on my vehicle. Definitely will be going back. I’m not sure what has changed at this location. I have been a customer there for years with no complaints prior to this experience. The men who work here are incredibly condescending. I was spoken down to at every turn and when I declined a service, I was audibly laughed at for my decision. Their communication is horrendous- despite having the correct information they called my mom (completely different account) for every update. Always polite, efficient, and I feel they truly care about me and my car!
Came in 30 minutes before close with a nail in my tire. Matthew took the car straight back to fix me up before they closed for the day. Best Firestone shop in Oklahoma City metro.
