Came in for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, 2 new tires, new brake fluid, and an AC recharge. I spent over $2000 after it turns out I needed a new compressor. After leaving, the contents of my glovebox were strewn onto the floor, my alignment pulls to the left, my check engine light is on, and my car lurches and vibrates when stopped like never before. Came in on Labor Day with a disabled every day driver and Matthew Shippy had it back to me in about an hour. Turns out it was something simple but they went to the effort to get it looked at quickly. Thanks
The staff at the North Western location are always friendly. When you walk in you’re always greeted with politeness. This is my go to place for tires. It’s easy to scheduled and appointment and my vehicle is ready at the designated time if not sooner.
They stayed a little bit after close to keep their promise of having the car done by the end of the day. Great service and a great set of tires.
