Rip off 244.44 $ for oil change and cabin filter, PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE
We had a 10:00am appointment for a simple oil change and not a single phone call to us to give us the status. We call three times and by 6:00pm they tell us it’s ready. An 8 hour oil change for $244!!!! Firestone are the biggest thieves ever and we plan on reporting this terrible 8 hour oil change to their corporate office. They did this to us for the 4-tire change we had done last year and decided to give them one more chance and they blew it!!!! BIGGEST THIEVES EVER!
I had some bad experiences... I prefer to go to the one on Bradenton. I love it!
