I called a few places for pricing for an oil change for my mothers car. They gave me the best price so I had my sister make an appointment as I live out of state. When she arrived, the man behind the counter asked. "same as last time?" Not knowing the cars service history, and just doing me a favor, she said yes. When the job was finished, they charged her over $100. They put synthetic oil in the car and charged more than 2 times the price I was quoted.
