Great customer service and honest.
We went to Firestone on Bee Ridge yesterday around 4:40–5:00 PM because of issues we were having with our car. We already knew they probably wouldn’t be able to look at it until the next day since they were closing in about two hours — we simply wanted to drop the vehicle off. There was a couple ahead of us, so we waited patiently in the lobby.
