Received a same day appt for 3pm, though they didnt get to my car til 345pm. I think I was out of there by 430pm. They were checking to see why check engine light had come on. I had replaced the air filter in April, and later there at firestone 30 April for some work. Tried a new gas cap, didnt work. As it turns out I didnt quite get the air filter positioned right, and have replaced filters on many a car. Weird it didnt come on til several weeks later. That's it, no bs. They are always honest and take great care of my car. It’s always done on the same day I drop it off. I’ve been going there about twice a year for the last 3 years. Shout out to Jason and I think (Aiden?) I hope that’s his name. They’re great.
I was traveling down a road with heavy construction and some debris punctured both rear tires one slowly and the other totally flattened, got the car over on a doughnut and the Firestone team facilitated my new tires. Made an appropriate suggestion on replacing the front tires that were worn and stayed 15 minutes late to make sure I could get to work the next day. It’s so rare to find people these days who care about the customer. My contact was Eiden, five out of five stars!
Don't bother making an appointment, that doesn't mean anything to them. Had an appointment and was told I would have to wait in line with other people that walked in off the street. What was the point of me making an appointment four days in advance then? I went to Manny's tires and got it done immediately
