I called ahead and got a quote for brakes, rotors, and possibly calipers. The price was reasonable, so I scheduled the visit. When I showed up, they suddenly refused to do the work, claiming their lift was only rated for 12,000 lbs and saying they were basing my truck’s weight off GAWR. Granted my Ram 2500 does have a flatbed, but they had the year, make, and model when they gave the quote and should have known the weight before wasting my time. Completely unprofessional. MR. MIKE DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY TRUCK KUDOS
I went in for a coolant leak for my 2015 Suburu on 12/23. I had already replaced the water pump, hoses, thermostat, and belt myself thinking that was the problem. It was still leaking, so I took in for a diagnosis and the 1st response was for a quote for a bad water pump. I explained to the tech that it was just replaced. I went in and looked at it with the tech in the bay and he put on the pressure tester.
