I went in for service for my engine thermostat reading high. I was told that it was some hoses. I asked if that was the issue causing the problem and they said, yes. I paid almost $1000 to get my car fixed. Today I'm driving home from work and the same issue happens again. My engine began stalling and I had to pull over at a gas station. On my way to work my tire pressure sensor came on and luckily I was close to a Firestone. The person that helped me was very polite. He check all 4 of my tires and put air on them for free. I will definitely be coming back to this location when my car needs something. You guys are doing an AMAZING job!
I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care thanks to Alex and the team. Alex was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The service was quick, and they kept me updated throughout the process. It's hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but Alex made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Alex if you need anything!
⭐ 1/5 – Avoid this Firestone location if you value honesty and proper service. I had a brand new tire with a nail straight in the center of the tread. I called ahead to the Firestone on SW 410 and they told me to bring it in so they could check it out. I removed the wheel myself and had my wife drive me in.
