Huge shoutout to James at Firestone. I came in stressed because part of my underbody shield had gotten ripped loose in the crazy Oklahoma wind, and he took the time to help secure it back up. He was honest, helpful, and treated me with real kindness during a really stressful week while I’m finishing school. It’s rare to run into people who genuinely want to help instead of just upselling you. I seriously appreciate the professionalism and generosity. Thank you again, James.
