I stopped by to ask if I could borrow a wrench for a loose battery terminal that I needed to tighten on my vehicle. I understand businesses may have liability policies, but the mechanic with the long hair & beard laughed at me & said no instead of explaining that. It felt unprofessional and dismissive. A simple polite response would’ve gone a long way & you lost a future customer. Kastis Automotive across the street helped me with no problem.
