Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic on engine vibrations. I directly asked if a diagnostic would be possible even if there isn’t a check engine light. They answered “yes our systems are pretty good and we should have a diagnostic within approximately 45minutes”. I was later told 2 technicians looked over my vehicle because they couldn’t identify where the problem was coming from even though they saw exactly what I was talking about. Overpriced services. Go over to other auto shops and they’ll charge you half the price whatever these guys do.
They should rename this place Firestone INcomplete Auto Care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Took my truck in for a diagnostic due to a ticking noise under the hood. Long story short they inspected and said “yep it’s ticking” plugged it in and said “yep no codes”… Basically everything I already know. Then proceeded to call me when it was done and said they didn’t have the tools to get to the root of the problem. I've been bringing my car to this location since 2019. Today was another great visit. Yesterday, I ordered my tires, (one of the team members went to pick them up from the warehouse that night) and I had a 7am apt. Robert not only addressed my concerns but educated me on aspects of tire care specific to my vehicle. . The team showed up bright and early to get my car taken care of. Stress-free, professional customer service is why I'll continue to purchase tires from this location.
