They were quick with my scheduling to include when I online scheduled, they immediately called to ask for another date and time. When they performed the job they were super quick. On a Saturday we expected to get the vehicle back on that Monday. Nope, same day!!!!
Maurice was excellent! Very polite and very knowledgable. 1000% would recommend him for servicing your vehicle!
I had a great experience at this Firestone location. Chris handled my check-in and assured me they would get my vehicle done quickly, even though I mentioned there was no rush. True to his word, they got it done the same day. A.G. was equally professional during checkout. What impressed me most was that I was never pressured to fix other potential issues. While stationed on Fort Meade, I went in for an oil change and was told my car had a litany of issues. No matter, I just wanted to be free clear of any issues before I drove the vehicle home. I drove my car several hundred miles a few days later and discovered an even bigger issue with my brake pads. For the amount things this Firestone said I had wrong with my car (it was a long list!) they didn’t bother to check the brake pads?
