Went to get an oil change at 11:30 a.m. All employees standing around shooting the shit. Not working on anything, couldn't do an oil change cause they had an appt. at 12:00. Went and bought oil to do it myself, went back by at 12:00, they were all still standing in the same place.
Carlos Kayla and team are the best they always take care of me and my family
Pretty simple transaction, they did what I asked them to do at the Bridgewater location (unlike the Hamilton one)...lifetime alignment purchase was made in the past so it was "free", no bogus charge, no bogus upsale for commission
Carlos Cox is one of the best people I have met at Firestone. He cares about the work that is performed and he cares about his customers.
