I’ve been taking all of my vehicles here for years because they are skilled, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The staff is friendly and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. They will let you know which services your vehicle is due for but they never pressure you for extra services you didn’t ask for. This is just and excellent shop!
Absolutely abhorrent behavior from this company. If you are not aware tires plus and Firestone are managed by the same regional manager, and clearly they are not getting the message. This company is a total RIP OFF. I paid for a lifetime warranty and was told I could take my vehicle to any Firestone. Went to get an oil change at 11:30 a.m. All employees standing around shooting the shit. Not working on anything, couldn't do an oil change cause they had an appt. at 12:00. Went and bought oil to do it myself, went back by at 12:00, they were all still standing in the same place.

Pretty simple transaction, they did what I asked them to do at the Bridgewater location (unlike the Hamilton one)...lifetime alignment purchase was made in the past so it was "free", no bogus charge, no bogus upsale for commission
