I am so glad I took my car to Firestone. The pain of having my tire go flat every other month was so annoying. They put a new valve stem on it and with no charge because I purchased my tires from them. I was out within less than hour. Thank you Firestone!
Got my oil changed there about 4 weeks ago, and have NEVER gone to get my oil changed anywhere but from family or myself! I knew when the little guy set a timer, I should've backed out quick, hard, and fast!!!!!! My windshield washer fluid casing is no longer able to hold any windshield washer fluid. No, I didn't call and say anything, how do I prove that?!?!? Lesson learned- even though I learned that lesson becoming grown- if you want someone done correctly, do it yourself!
I cannot say enough great things about Carlos Cox, the store manager at Firestone. I was almost 10 hours from home with my daughter when I noticed something dangling from my car. Stressed and unsure what to do, I stopped by Firestone, and Carlos immediately stepped in to help. Even though the shop was short-staffed and extremely busy, Carlos pulled me in without hesitation and fixed the issue on the spot. Just got new tires and alignment done on my sienna. Carlos is awesome and his crew is amazing. I drive all the way from Monroe to get my cars done at this location In Hamilton.
