Had an appt for Saturday afternoon. Dropped our car around 2pm. Mind you we were without our car then for homecoming for two kids by doing this. Called the next day at 1pm wondering why we had not been called to pickup and they HADNT EVEN STARTED WORKING ON IT. Didn’t have it going in till three. Thank you Mason Firestone! I stopped in yesterday to have my tire filled, as it was reading low. Hunter filled it with excellence and said to keep an eye on it as it was more than should be low and didn’t charge me to do it. Today, it was already low in the am, so knew needed to get checked! I went in late afternoon and Zane took excellent care of me! Thank you for helping a girl out in need!! I appreciate you!! God bless you and your families!
I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they pointed out to me that I had 3 semi major seal leaks around the rear diff. I got approved for the firestone credit card and I asked them how long this job would take? This was around 12:15 they told me around 5-6 hours. I had told them that I needed to be somewhere at 6:30 and that I needed my car. They had it done in 4 hours. AWESOME JOB GUYS. Car is running great. I definitely noticed a difference in the ride. Thank you so much for your hard work.
They were very busy (which is a good thing) but still managed to get me in the same day for an oil change. Only took about an hour. Staff was very friendly and professional. Will return.
