I came in to get new tires for my car with an appointment last week and Mason and Joel did an amazing job getting me in and out quickly even though they were shorthanded! Great customer service!

Came in and got a AC Diagnosis done, this took over 2 hours. I was told it was a AC leak, so I paid for that and refilling the refrigerant.. after waiting 1.5 more hours for that I was told the compressor/condenser or w.e it is was messed up and would cost another $850 to fix. They wasted my day and received nothing but complaints from all the other people in there who waited for hours on minor repairs as well. The beach was great. The nail in our tire? Not so much. Huge thanks to the Firestone crew for sneaking us in right before closing on a Saturday, patching the tire in record time, and saving our drive home. Five stars all day.
everyone i’ve interacted with has been pretty nice & helpful but last time i went in they tried to straight up rip me off. my AC stopped working & my brakes were stuttering, so they took a look & said i needed a whole new AC compressor but the brakes were somehow totally fine. they said there was plenty of refrigerant & no leaks in the compartment either. i then realized i had a friend who could look at it for a second opinion & he ran the same tests & found that not only was my refrigerant left completely empty, but my AC w... read more
