Besides the prices these guys are great, amazing customer service and quality of work. I was a pain of a customer to deal with because of a miscommunication 2 services ago (btw they don’t record their phone line and can’t pull recordings) but they handled the situation professionally. This service I thought that a cheap part of the car was broken but it was an expensive part, and they brought the part out for me to see myself. I guess you gotta pay the price for exceptional customer service and work. These are my guys now.
I noticed this past Sunday that my tire was down to the tread, so I contacted Firestone and they took me immediately an hour before closing not only that, but they made sure to take care of me with my tire. They were honest and open and they gave me the best deal. I will absolutely be back in the future for my tires and other service needs. Joel is so great and so is Brian.
I am so thankful for this Firestone. My windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of a heavy rain. After trying 2 separate places with no answers, I found myself here. Mason came out to inspect almost immediately. Kenny tightened the blades and they worked! Both Kenny and Mason were friendly and efficient helping me to keep calm when inside I was panicking. Best place to go!
Took my sons 86 4runner to get an alignment done. Made an appointment on Sunday morning (I was glad they were open) for 2pm. Being as they are one of the only places open on Sunday, they were really busy...so it's understandable that things got backed up. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. The tech who worked on my son's truck took his time to get it right. The truck is almost as old as me and the alignment was a mess. Had a tire emergency while visiting my daughter at UNCW and they were able to get us in & back on the road on a Sunday. Joe was very nice.
