I went and got my brakes changed on my business vehicle yesterday. My fiancé dropped the truck off, and there was some misunderstanding with another employee. However, I came in and spoke with Donald W., and he explained everything, was calm, and very helpful. OMG! My tire blew while I had my granddaughter with me just outside of Longleaf, so I carefully drove in and parked by the service door...my car was still running and I went inside quickly to request them to come out because of child in the car...(I didnt know if I should drive in or park), came out and the door had closed and was locked!! I went to Firestone in person to make an appointment on a day when I could have the car completed by 2:30 pm. The service requested was the replacement of the front brakes and rotors. They suggested I drop the car off by 9 am that Tuesday. I dropped the car off at 7:45 a.m. and reminded them that they needed to return it by 2:30 p.m. I called to check on the status of my car at approximately 11 am, and they had not taken it in yet.
