Shout out to Mr. Thomas at the Main Street Firestone who replaced a serpentine belt today on my brother’s van while vacationing in Rapid with his family. Excellent service without an appointment or a long wait time.
This place was just what we needed today when our diesel pickup wouldn’t start because of the cold. The staff was great, friendly and professional. The service advisor that we talked to is the main reason for this great review! Price was very reasonable. Thankful they were open on Sunday! Thank you for making a bad experience just a little easier and for working hard to get us back on the road home quickly!
