My car had a flat tire this morning( thanks for the beautiful streets of houston), so I came early to the Firestone at Tanglewilde and Westheimer; and I truly had the best experience that I have ever had at any repair shop. Dan and Charles were outstanding in guiding me, and giving me options because it turned out that my passenger rear wheel cracked and had to be repaired/replaced. Myron is simply amazing. I took my car there today. Ladies as a woman you know sometimes going to a car shop can be intimidating. I say that because sometimes going to a car shop makes you wonder if you may get ripped off. Unfortunately and historically I’ve not always had great experiences at car shops. Trusting a mechanic to be honest and caring about you and your vehicle is hard to find. Many companies are all about just getting your money and making a sale to bust there numbers and selling you something you don't need, but the care I've experienced from Firestone complete Auto has been exceptional and keeps me coming back. I follow the service advisors even when they move locations because I find that all associates are not equal.
