Myron was great, one of the best service advisors I have had!
The service I received was excellent!! I stopped in thinking I was just going to get help topping off my coolant. That turned into needing a pressure check, because it was leaking pretty bad. While I was not happy with having to spend a lot of money on an unexpected repair, I can say that Myron (the service manager) and Charles (the store manager) got me to trust them with the entire process. If not for Myron persuading me not to drive until I got the pressure check done, there is no telling how much more damage I would have... read more
