Richi at the 6215 FM1960 W location was incredible today. I currently have a long-term rental through Hertz that required inspection. I went to another Firestone location today and they were unable to locate the rental vehicle in the system. I then went to the 1960 location and dealt with Richi who went above and beyond and was able to get on the phone with Hertz and figure the situation out. The guy who check the air filter didn’t put back just leave in the top pf the engine and closed the hood, needs to put more attention on what he’s doing and stop being on his phone
Excellent customer service. Staff was consistently attentive. Sam and Jai kept me posted the entire time. I felt they were trustworthy with my diagnostic. It’s my hope that I’ll continue to feel this way
