Great service Abel and Charles were quick and courteous
2 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES FOR 3 NEW TIRE INSTALLS, AND THEY OPEN MY HOOD TO CHECK FLUIDS AND BATTERY, AFTER I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO OPEN MY HOOD AND CHECK FLUIDS! I ONLY WANTED MY TIRES DONE!!!
This has to be one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The complete lack of respect for customers’ time is unbelievable. I brought my car in for a simple flat tire repair and ended up waiting while the worker stood around chit-chatting and doing absolutely nothing. To make it worse, they sat inside my car with the air conditioning running as if it were their personal break room, instead of finishing the job.
