I just had my brakes and my battery checked at Firestone and Remi gave me such a thorough explanation as to what I needed to have done and approximately when. I really appreciate The quality Service and I highly recommend this Firestone.
The car was perfectly fine when I dropped it off for a simple alignment check. When I picked it up the check engine light was on. The store is refusing to do anything about it. They won’t even run a scan to find out what happened unless I pay $140 for a full diagnostic. Why should I pay the same people who damaged my car!!
No urgency on service ,too slow
Service too slow
Very slow technicians. Waited 3 hours .
