Cassie and Jesus were awesome! Jesus was the tech who took care of my car. He came and explained what was going on and asked if I could think of any other details about my cars problem. In the end, he got my ac working again. No more sweating to death in the car. Thank you Jesus. Cassie was super friendly and professional. She helped me get my appointment set up earlier in the week and today in the shop continued with awesome customer service. She definitely knows what customer service is all about. This Firestone is excellent! They were able to get my car in and out quickly. Staff were great and attentive.
They were nice, professional and would recommend to anyone.
The customer service was awesome. The female that was helping me was great. I had a question when I got home. I called Firestone and Abel had me bring my truck back. He helped me out and explained some stuff about the oil gauge to me. I am not truck savvy so I appreciated it.
