If you have a LOT of time to kill, I can't recommend Firestone Humble highly enough! You can sit there ALL day if you like! 2 hours to replace one tire! Last time I was there with a different vehicle to replace the battery and spent 3 hours for a battery! No kidding!
The service was great, employees were extremely friendly and very helpful
Customer Service is terrible. Be prepared to wait for hours. This last was the worst. I was told it would be an hour yo hour and Half to get one tire replaced under warranty and an oil change. Been here 3 hours and my vehicle has not even been pulled in. This place has always been slow, but when Amo was managing here communications was better and it looked like the staff was hustling. Only here because of tire warranty. Do not plan on purchasing any more tires here.
