Stay Away - Worst Experience Ever
not that great very disappointed with there service.
Never again! – Rear brake job cost me $740? Are you kidding me? The charge for parts were almost three times what they should have been. $80 for a rotor which can be picked up at O'reilly's for under $30. these people will rape you. They have lost my business and everyone I can tell about them.
Worthless Business – Never go to business. Took my truck into the business for shock replacement. While replacing the front shocks, the mechanic broke off my dip stick handle. Called the manager, he said "we never raised the hood" and "we didn't check the oil". I saw the technician in the motor compartment when he was changing the front shocks. Another worthless business to avoid in the Amarillo area.
Do not use Firestone on Lincoln Blvd for any reason! These guys are liars & thieves who are untrustworthy and unethical at best. They do rushed and inferior work, yet they are slower than molasses. These jerks use high pressure tactics to upsell you on services that are not needed just to pad the bill. Any positive review that you see for them is most likely faked by the manager or one of his cronies.
Will sell you a tire when not required – Firestone has lost me as a customer for life. I took my car in for a simple repair of a slow leak in my tire. Firestone told me the tire was not repairable and that I required a new tire. I suspected foul play!! I took that very same tire to Sears and they repaired the tire without comment on any danger to said repair.
They had the tires I needed!!! – Thanks Firestone! I have a Chevy Colorado & we haven't been able to find the correct tires anywhere (most places had an alternate tire, but they had to be ordered) Firestone had them in stock & on my truck in about an hour & a half.... and less expensive than all the other places that would have to order them....
Firestone in Glen Burnie (next to LaFontaine) – After LITERALLY just having a bad experience at another automotive center (Ritchie Automotive), I got my brakes fixed here as well as a couple other times having oil changes but every time I go in there everyone is really friendly and even though they recommend other things they don't push the issue for you to get them done right away. They gave me peace of mind and put me in a much better mood after my bad experience. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
Best Service in North Hills – I was referred to this place by a good friend. The staff was courteous and the service was fast! Good customer service etiquette! Marco serviced my car to it's highest potential. I send all my friends to this location and I recommend it!
