Great store. Courteous staff. Very knowledgeable. They treat their customers in a professional manner. They will get you in , get the work done and get you rolling. Great job.
My college freshman son needed new tires on a 2001 Mazda 626. After reading the reviews for Firestone, I thought I could trust them to not upsell a naive kid. I was so, so wrong. I called to talk with the shop before I sent him in and got a high end quote for $70-$75/tire. I told my son to expect about that amount which after balancing, tax, disposal etc. I thought would end up to be $350 or so. Fine. I can live with that. What happened was they upsold him into tires costing $30 more and sold him an alignment. (I could have ... read more
Got 4 new tires. Found out a month later they did not tighten any lug nuts . Yikes I could have been killed.
They're alright. When they see a problem they usually give me a great deal to fix it. They match others quotes and do a decent job.
I recently brought my car a 1997 Subaru outback legacy to Manny and Patrick at the Firestone on east Smokyhill in aurora Colorado with a overheating issue after running a radiator diagnosis test they figured it was the radiator and the thermostat but I still was overheating and brought my vehicle back into the shop for another look and after they look in a little closer they realized it was the head gaskets and told me that their hands were tied and there was nothing they could do I thought I was out all the money $650.00 !!... read more
New location in gahanna near stoneridge, they got my cars in right away with no notice and fixed the problems very reasonably. Satisfied customer here.
The advisor/Kurt (NE Antioch, kansas city, missouri) is very rude to me. He gave me a quote for my tires and Firestone honored it for 30 days. When I called and requested to get my tires, Kurt did not honored it any more because it was after 30 days. I understand that. He said "I don't know what you are talking about". It is a veyr rude customer services skill that he had. He could have said that after 30 days, Firestone does not honor the quote any more which is okay. He did not have to be rude. I am not recommend Firestone... read more
Binghamton store will not honor lifetime alignment and now on road hazard they are not replacing an obvious factory defect (bubble on sidewall). Need any more reasons not to do business try this on they are just rude there.
Very dissatisfied with service today. My wife was sold on a bunch of extra labor charges. Went in for tires and alignment for a kia sedan usually about 400$ and left with a 1000$ invoice. Charge here 90$ for brake fluid change. 159$ for alignment that wasn't done, tie rod ends not even touched still coated with dust and grime from road. Over charged for parts for rear break repair. 2-3 times autozone prices for brake pads.
