I had my tires rotated and had new wipers put on my car roughly 2 weeks ago. Earlier this week I was driving home from work and went to use my wipers when the drivers side one flew off. I came in immediately to get it fixed just to be told it was my fault they flew off and that they didn’t have any in stock. She made a phone call and then proceeds to tell me to go to auto zone and they will put new wipers on for me free of charge. Only place locally that would take my car on black Friday. Picked up a nail in rear tire. Made a 4 pm appt only to show up and they were running at least 2 hours behind. When asked if it would even be done by 7 pm closing they said they would work until midnight if they had too. We decided to leave the car overnight and picked up Saturday morning. All interactions with employees were pleasant considering the amount of work on their plates.
Sara the desk rep was RUDE and aggressive and was more concerned about her food getting cold then serving the customers....as she was eating in front of every one....she was very short and showed NO customer service skills...she does not represent the firestone brand !!
Helped my friend with a tire after she got a flat. They helped us at 330 pm on a Sunday... They were the only place open and gave me a veteran discount and hooked us up with a tire in the 9th hour on a Sunday.... Super nice and took care of us... I recommend using their service!!
Soooo grateful this place was open on a Sunday!
