Very disappointed. I took my car there last week because there was a loud howling noise coming from the wheels. They got me in the next day to check it out. They told me they couldn't hear the noise and they didn't find anything wrong with it. I took it to a different mechanic this week to find out the wheel bearings are all bad and need replacing. He didn't even have to drive it on the road to hear the horrible noise coming from the wheels.
Came in with a flat tire and no appointment. Staff did a great job in getting me in and fixing the tire and then mounting on my vehicle. Car was super clean after the work. Nice job and thank you. Ted

I have an Enterprise rental car. I didn’t see a pot hole & took a hard hit. A few hours later the tire pressure light came on. I stopped at Firestone. I only waited about 10 minutes. They found two pieces of metal, changed the tire in about 20 minutes, billed Enterprise, & I was on my way! Fast, friendly service! Thanks, Jeremy Krause!
