Reasonable rates for the service.
After Brett's auto failed to be open at my 7:30 appt & would not be able to get my car in for a tire repair I scheduled 2 days earlier I started calling around from the parking lot at Brett's. Jeremy at Firestone said come on down. I definitely know where I'm bringing my car from now on. They have a nice waiting area too.
Always super fast, friendly, and easy to work with.
Worst service ever. I tried to schedule an appointment in person and the person behind the desk treated me very condescending. September 8, 2025, 5:45pm.
