Booked an appointment over a week ago for today at 1pm. Showed up at 12:30pm for 4 new tires, was told would be done in 1-2 hours. 3 hours later they call and tell me they didn’t have a tech to do the job. Today was last day for special they were running. I have gotten new tires there for years on multiple cars. Not no more!!!
Sara at the south side Sheboygan location was awesome! I pulled in with a flat and she helped me right away! She did what was best for me in the situation I was in and then let me know the up coming sales that I could take advantage of when I need new tires! So impressed with her customer service and thankful for her help in my time of need! Thank you Sara!!
Says they do emission tests online but they do not. Lousy service. Lazy employees.
