Sheboygan Firestone came through for my family at a time in which I hate asking - right before Christmas! It turns out nearly everybody in my immediate family needed tires. My daughter was setting an appointment when I remembered my wife's car had a tire with a slow leak and so it was time to taken care of it and the rest of the tires as well. These guys are awesome! I went in to get new tires and an oil change. The spare wouldn't drop and they went above and beyond to try and get it down. Unfortunately it wouldn't work, but they suggested to give the WD40 more time to work to loosen up. They just didn't want me to have to continue to wait around any longer than I already had. $25 to put on my 20 inch rims
Originally had an appointment at 2pm and we called to see if we could bring it in sooner around 10am. They said no problem. Easy fix of the stem on the tire being replaced. Took over 2 hours!! My fiancé was almost late to work. If we would have known that it would take so long we would have waited for our appointment but they made it seem like they could get us in and out when we called to reschedule it earlier.
