We scheduled our appointment specifically around a promotion so we could take advantage of the advertised rebate. My husband even called ahead to confirm which tires qualified and selected a higher-end option based on that information. I needed to get my TPMS sensors reset after getting new wheels and tires on my Subaru, they brought my car into their bay, popped the hood, reset my tpms light, then proceeded to unnecessarily rev my car for over 3 minutes. They said it helps reset the light, which it doesn’t, you need to drive the car around for it to reset. I will never be taking my buisness there again, and telling everyone that if they want their car revved for no reason, to go to firestone
I brought in my car for all 4 tire changed and wheel alignment. Wheel balance was supposed to be done properly but it wasn’t. The auto tech who was working on my car didn’t balance one tire. He also didn’t do a great job at an alignment causing my steering wheel to crook to the left(before it was not crook).
