far and away the worst mechanic experience i've had in my life. saturday afternoon, my car slides on the ice and hits a curb on the way into town to visit family, messing up the alignment. i take it here and they chipperly tell me it'll cost over $1000 and can't get the part until monday. so my partner and i have to lose a day of work while we wait but hey, that's life sometimes. come monday, i call twice just to see if there're any updates, get some mumbling that they'll be getting started soon. that is until i get a call a... read more

I think Firestone is one of the best diagnostic shops there is. I might not have agreed with all of it and the repairs were super expensive but I loved the diagnostic service.
