Second time in a row they've completely blundered an appointment time. I had an appointment, they knew I'd be waiting for the vehicle, and they couldn't get to my vehicle for two hours after the appointment!!! Whats worse is they chose this appointment time after they were unable to do my original requested time. Double inconvenience! I came at a time of their choosing and they couldn't get the work done. That's no way to run a business.
Mack was awesome. Extremely trustworthy and fixed my tires at no charge where other places deceived me. Go here for sure!
I brought my car in for some routine maintenance and found the experience to be fairly standard. The staff was professional and explained what needed to be done clearly, which I appreciated. However, the wait time ended up being quite a bit longer than I was originally told, which made planning the rest of my day a little difficult. The work itself seems to have been done correctly, so I don't have any complaints about the quality, but the lack of timeliness was definitely a bit of a downside.
I have been using Firestone for at least the last 7 years. Kevin Powell does everything he can to help EVERYONE, in my experience for the best deals. He is kind, respectful and knowledgeable. If you want a pleasant experience in your auto care, give them a call.
