This was one of the most dishonest and unprofessional service experiences I have ever had. I purchased four tires from The manager, Kevin, at the Broadway Firestone in Boise and was charged for TPMS rebuild kits and installation labor. After leaving the store, I inspected the vehicle and noticed the TPMS kits had clearly not been installed. The original components were still on the valve stems. Great experience today at Firestone with all employees encountered but especially Sammy. She was patient and worked thoroughly and professionally with me even when I was having a bad day. I would and will go back there in a second.
Mack and the other two gentlemen working tonight were so helpful. I got a flat and I still had an hour and a half drive home. They stayed open a little late to help me and had me in and out quickly. My sister also left her jacket and they were kind enough to call and stay until we got back to the store. Great service and hospitality.
