Just wonderful! Stopped by on a road trip bc our cars steering wheel had a terrible shaking going over 60mph. We had just got new tires maybe 5000 before our trip at a les schwab, but the tires had already gone bad. They were super busy AND short staffed on the Sunday we came in. But they bumped us up in line to help us out(long road trip with a toddler) and the new tires we got are great! Anthony was my service writer for both of my vehicles that desperately needed new tires. Him and his team at the broadway location helped me find the most reliable tires for both my cars with the best prices along with some discounts! Comparably my experience here was a night/day difference since my last visit over a year ago.
