Went on for a simple oil change and tire rotation. And now there is this loud rattle inside my car. The door? The dash? You can’t pin point it. I have taken everything apart. I have tightened everything. Nothing is loose. And it started about an hour after I had left. I was thinking a rock or something and it would go away but nope. I Can't say enough about this repair facility. They always get me in the same day I call, friendly and professional. The technicians seem well qualified. The services appear to be fair in cost as well. Glad I found this shop, in a time when you feel everyone wants to rip you off, I feel it's a good deal at Firestone.
